Description
The reason why Robert Axle Project was founded in Oregon/USA was that the later company founders could no longer attach their BOB trailers after buying new mountain bikes with slotted axles in the rear hubs. This led them to consider how to change the drive axles to make the use of the trailers possible again. This led to the creation of Robert Axle Project. With the Bob axles from Robert Axle, it is possible to mount a BOB Yak or BOB Ibex unicycle trailer on a wheel with slot axle. These axles are approved and recommended by the trailer manufacturer BOB. The shaft of the axle is made of hard anodised 7075 aluminium and the ends are made of stainless steel. Please note that the roll-shaped shots (bobbins) are not included.
